Jesse Autumn returns to Santa Cruz to direct the 15th annual Harp Festival, celebrating the harp in all its forms. This year the Community Music School Harp Orchestra will play music from the Isle of Man, Cuba, and a new composition by CMS strings faculty Fox Pettinotti. Soloists include Shelley Phillips, live looping Celtic harp, and Jennifer Cass, classical pedal harp, with a special performance by Jennifer’s student harp quartet. Jesse Autumn will lead the harp orchestra and perform original music for voice and double-strung harp.
